This project will provide a framework for water utilities to develop custom disaster response, recovery, and business continuity plans. The project will assist in the preparation of service-level goals and restoration priority policies, identification of resources to help prevent or recover from events, development of tools to track disaster-related expenditures, and many other response measures.
