Aids utilities impacted by estuarine supplies in developing future treatment strategies through modification of existing facilities and installation of new treatment processes. Provides cost and feasibility information on newer, promising treatment technologies such as advanced disinfection combinations, granular activated carbon, membrane technologies, and magnetic ion exchange resins.
