Membrane Treatment of Impaired Irrigation Return #4069

Project Summary:
Will further evaluate a technique to produce potable water economically from winter irrigation return flows, thereby enhancing the ability to utilize an available resource that is currently not put to full beneficial use. Will identify the reliability and administration of the impaired source waters; conduct a pilot study to confirm the production-level costs and feasibility of the process; and identify the options for beneficial reuse of the concentrate waters by the nearby agricultural community.
