Project Summary:
Will identify a range of leading practices and organizational characteristics that are consistent with strong asset management programs, including organizational models, cultural characteristics, operational traits, policies, and strategies. Will develop a guidance document that will help water utilities create and strengthen the organizational infrastructure needed to implement a formal asset management program.
